World kizomba day is the first venture out of World Kizomba Project, an initiative championed by some of the world’s most renowned teachers, DJs and promoters.

The international kizomba day is to take place annually on the 22nd of July.

‘Our aim is not only to promote Kizomba but to support the people around us, so each year we will choose a project or a charity to fundraise for. To celebrate our first year, WKP has chosen the ‘Dance for It’ movie project which goal is to show the real life of some of our most loved Kizomba teachers, Ricardo & Paula, Albir & Carola, Paulo & Lanna. So, what better way to raise money for a good cause? A global Kizomba Flash Mob and we want you to get involved!’
